• Consultancy on the UNIT-e product suite to provide advice on the best use of the software to suit the processes of the institution and to enhance the experience of staff and learners
• Consultancy on customising modules or web applications tailored to the institution’s requirements
• Creating reports to the institution’s specifications
• Business Process Reviews to include a full review of procedural activities, facilitation of available technology, and staff competency with a final report of recommendations to the Senior Management Team
• Training on the UNIT-e product suite either on site or at our dedicated training suite in Cirencester
• Learner Partner Provider service to supplement or work with the MIS Manager and provide assistance in the areas of managing the UNIT-e system, advice on funding returns, and creating and deploying customised reports.
